Hello,
I bought one Zync Z-990 tablet. I bought this Lets buy.com the tab was working when i recived it but when i tried to install messengers lik yahoo whats app and gtalk i got a message that u have custome rom installed which doesnot supports messanger. secondly if i switch off the tab it will not get powered on till the battery drains though your battery is charged. i logged a complained in zync they said it will be picked up from my residence this happened on 6th June today is 17th June and nobody came for pickup and no call from Zync. whnever i call they only says that we have informed our logistc team they will arrange for the pickup i was in touch with Komal Chawla.
requesting your help here to get this problem resolved.
