Name of company/service: Reliance Communication
I switched in to Reliance network on 7th of March 2013. But I realised that there is ZERO network on Reliance GSM in my area and at my home. I logged a complaint on 17th of March 2013. It’s more then 1 month still there is no proper response from the company. Everytime I call their customer care division I get different reply from them, few even said that there is no o/s complaint on your number. I am MISSING MY IMPORTANT CALLS AND SMS just because of the ZERO network of Reliance.
Please request the complany either resolve my problem or allow me to move out of their pathetic network before complition of 3 months as per the rule from TRAI.
