  10. My id is Bharatcreationsbza. Id is 85084. I Have paid Rs.1000/- as Reg Amount around OCt1.

    After that they have activated my account.They have recharged 100/ after I have updated payment in 5 mins. After that I have paid Rs.2010 on Oct 12. But till now no response of updation. I have logged in many complaints in the Site but of no use.

    Phone is switched Off and Today even though phone is on, no one is lifting. I have sent SMS also to the Number.

    Can anyone help regarding this?

    I opened an account on 13/06/2014 and deposited 1000 on the same day. Initially they told that my account will activate in 10 minutes.

    However they took 2 days activate the mobile app and system app.
    Next day when i tried to recharge for Airtel and Docomo, i got failure message.
    When i called the number 9473442594, they didn’t pick up the number till afternoon. After that they attended and told that we are unable to recharge for airtel.
    When i asked regarding Docomo, they told that the denomination for Rs.30 is not available. However denomination is available in website. I have a raised a ticket on 14/06/2014 regarding same. Still there is no response from them.
    Most of the time his mobile number is switched off. in another number they have activated call forwarding.
    Even if he attended the call, he told that it has been rectified. However i am facing the same problem.
    Today from morning onwards he didn’t pickup the call.

    Dont know why they are behaving like this. Please look on to this.

    If there is no body to help you, then do not seat back after losing money here we earn Rs.20 to 30 per Rs.1000/- and total loss of Rs.1000 is too much. Earn less & be safe, for this may we prefer SVOMS (spoterecharge.in) the credit you receive with 1 or 1.5 day but safe at least they answer the phone calls, nice Gentalman.

    Zeetek is Provide good service and Try to provide good service also… Because No Company have a Separate Land Line Numbers with with a Facility of Categorized the Services , Live Chats , Whatsup , Skype… Yes some times the wallet updates are delayed am also feel that… In Point of view… in my Account am Loaded RS.50000/- and Under have 50+ Customers each customers who takes the load 2000 (or) Low then my 50000 is Ok, Sometimes any of the Customers who tooks 10000 then my Wallet became some unstipulated condition after that i can’t rotate the Load to all my Downlines , i thought may be this situations are arise insha allah they will cross over that soon… otherwise they provide great service ,am in that since One and Half years…
