As Commited , You Broadband suppose to provide “modem Deposit Amount” within 45 days after disconnection. Today 62 days are completed and I am still waiting for the refund cheque. I made call many times to there customer care and everytime they said will arrange call from our banking deptt. and I haven’t revied any call & cheque from them. Pathetic behaviour & customer satisfaction from You Broadband side….
