Dear Sir,
I have terminated the TATA PHOTON internet service in December 2011 (cancellation request no:- 290230289) still they were sending the bill for the same things for three months. At last i settle down the issue and pay the amount of Rs.1400/- on 12th of May2012. And now again they have started to send me the bills which i have already cancelled. Its like so frustrating and disturbing. I tried to call costumer service but that was more disturbing they ask me to go to nearest shop to short out the issue as if we are free and we don’t have any other work. Please help me from these culprit company.
