Wrongly deduction of charges

Dear sir,
i have been using tata docomo tele service and have been charged rs 10 twice by tata docomo and when i called their center they told me that i have been charged for renewal of b rokstar download and the message which i have received is of renewal of such scheme and the thing is that i hve not downloaded any such any kind of scheme and have not use internet at all..

So sir please look in to the matter personally and resolve the issue at the earliest…
