wrongly balance deduction
Location/place: Sunabeda 2, Koraput, Odisha
Name of company/service: Airtel
On 17.6.12 Airtel deducted Rs 99 from my balance saying that I have downloaded a Java Game, however I have not downloaded any Java game from Airtel. On 18th June 2012 Airtel again deducted Rs. 22 from my balance for downloading Java game, but I didn’t download any game. Very often Airtel deducts huge amount of money from my account unnecessarily.
