I have applied for load upgradation in the month of May and I have paid Rs 10000 to employee named Laxman kumar of which he said he will give me the receipt in evening but from that day nothing has been done instead load has been upgraded in papers but no metre change or line change has been done instead they are taking the metre rent from me of the metre which is not any where to be seen from the past two months on inquiring employee laxman kumar is asking for rs 5000 more as bribe Im really helpless I took this matter to JE and SDO also but they also gave me no response I really do not know where to report this matter.Please, sir help me i will be very thankfull to you.
