Airtel customer care services are really really worst, pathetic and no use completely for them who has an issue with your services,
I have recharged 249rs through the online in Airtel official site, where i was supposed to get 3G pack for 1GB date instead, i got main balance some sec but in online it clearly shows 249RS is for 3G pack and I have the screen shot of the same.
when i called customer services they claim that 255 for 3G 1GB data however when i go to online airtel site it still clearly shows that 249 only for 3G pack.
I called customer care like more than 10 times and tried to explain the same thing but every time call gets disconnected in between while i was speaking to them even with supervisors.
10:43PM 21/09.2014 i had a call with one of the supervisors murali, he just disconnected the call while speaking to him.
