WRONG TRANSACTION AMOUNT DEBITED FROM BANK ACCOUNT

Dear Madam/sir

Recieved Credit Card Acount Statement for “MOHAMMAD YUSUF ” having Card Number “4718630002123122” which shows wrong transaction details regarding TATA INDICOM PAYMENT MUMBAI Dated 21/10/2008 Transaction Reference 25479946 Amount Rs.2700/-.I have made No transaction after 9/08/2008. As per my last payment on 9/8/2008 total payment due is Rs.7.46 Cr i.e.I have paid this amount Extra.After 3 years later I open an account in Axis Bank Barrackpore Branch Axis bank debited my saving account for above case without any information Rs. 8110.15 but till date after fillup dispute from & Grievence form and several Axis staff reminder I not got any soultion.

Under the circumstances, kindly do the needful to rectify my Credit card Account Statement.
