Wrong product was given and after sales the service is Pathetic

I asked the dealer for the model of AC with 2018 rating 3 Star and 100% copper model. But the dealer provided me the Aluminum model with BEE rating of 2017 as 3 Star. My friend noticed that the model of the AC is not 100% cooper and told me the same. Then I confronted the dealer with the same. The dealer then told that I am not going to do anything, you should have checked the product on the bill when you purchased. I purchased the AC for Rs. 37700 on my Father’s name, which is available for Rs. 27990 on the website named as Now, the dealer is not changing the product even after having oral agreement on this. Please look into this matter. Invoice no.: LG-2286 I have attached the bill with the complaint.

Then LG Contacted the dealer and marked the Issue has been resolved without consulting me.

LG did not resolve anything and still put the comment as resolved. This is taking the Consumer rights away from the Consumer.
