Name of company/service: Snapdeal
I had ordered two different products online on snapdeal.com. One was formula 1 wash and wax costion Rs. 215/- & other formula 1 liquid wax costing Rs. 320/- on 25/07/2012, free shiping & COD. I got the first product but when I received the second I found both were same, for which I had paid Rs. 105/- extra. I had logged a complaint on their costumer support but they told to send the old product for replacement.
We prefer to purchase online products to save time and avoid inconveniences and for door step delivery of the products. In time delivery of the right product is the responsibility of the retailer and also the conditions are no shipment charges.
I cannot afford to resend the product now. Kindly help me and look into the matter I shall be very thankful to you.
