I have placed the order Shoes online through AMAZON and received the order but it was not upto expectations. It was wrong shoes. I had also made complaint regarding it on Amazon but again they sent wrong product. Again i had made complaint then, they are saying that product is not available so we refund your amount. i requested many times that i need my product not refund, i said them also that i will wait for my product, but they did not agree. they have wasted time and money. i also requested that i want to donate my refund to Amazon for better service but they did not agree.
