Hi,
I had a call from aircel 3 months back that there is a promotional offer for balckberry service for 2 months free trial pack, i explicitly accepted on condition whether i would prompted to continue the service after 2 months trial period, on that condition only I accepted the service, now after 1 month I have been charged an extra 356+33(s Tax) for blackberry, no one asked for the service, No one picks the Customer care no 121 or 9841012345, i tried at all time zones, and the online service request service is more pathetic, it says pls try after sometime, actually looting the customer.
pls get a resolution to me.
