Wrong Postpaid bill amount

Location/place: Delhi

Name of company/service: Vodafone


I have just ported on vodafone postpaid(MobileNo-9350461200) 1 month ago(on 1-june-2012)
and my first bill has generated(on 27-june-2012) and my total bill amount is 3,621.83/-
in this bill detail usage charges is 2996.49/- ,while i have already taken a plan of data usage

I have requested(Mail) to vodafone to activate 1GB data plan on 2-June-2012,On 4-june-2012 I received a MSG that [email protected] is not applicable on my corporate plan so [email protected] has been activated on my no(9350461200), but After a day I recieved another call from vodafove that since I have requested for [email protected] so [email protected] plan has been deactivated and [email protected] 98 plan is activated.I am unable to understand what is this.

[email protected] and in my bill it showing discount of Rs. 8118.01 ,while I have confirmed many times
from vodafone customercare that 1GB data is equal to Rs 10000.

I have called vodafone,He told me that my bill is of 27 Days(From 1st-june to 27thjune)
thats why rebate is of 27 Days [email protected] plan is reduced to [email protected] MB

I am unable to understand why my bill cycle is of 27 days, Why my plan [email protected] is reduced to [email protected] MB,I have not got any call from vodafone for plan details.

my all outgoing calls are barred and I am unable to call on any anywhere. even on 198
