I have booked a bus ticket through make my trip from Surat to Mumbai for 3rd July on 2nd July. But when I contacted the bus operator, he told me that the bus I have booked from the website is not for Mumbai and is for Dombivalli. I have all original tickets and mail from the website for the inconveniences after I complained them for 3 times from 3rd July. They did not refund my money back and they did not communicate these to me for these 12 days.
