wrong plan give by company

hello sir
my name is sunder lal. i m a retired person of govt. job (state bank of india). i have a nu- 9868951348 which is provided by govt. special plan by mtnl. befor a month ago i have recived a call by airtel and they provided a great plan for me.
the plan is my bill comes 99+taxes n my cl rates is 0.50 rs/min. and they give me 500+198 minuts /month.
ill execpt that offer and i port out my company mtnl to airtel.
nw they give me 198 minuts/month. ill complaint this in custumer care but nobody respond me. autometicly they canceld my complaint. i m say-y u dsnt respond me for my complaint? thes said- sir call kiya tha but phone not rechable tha.
nobody take action on this complaint.
sir i m request to u pls do something for this complaint.
