WRONG MOBILE DELIVERY BY SNAPDEAL

I Booked the mobile set on Snapdeal.com and deposited the amount Rs. 13990 on 14 Feb, 2013. I recieved a box from snapdeal via BLUEDART COURIER on 13 March,2013 showing MICROMAX CANVAS HD A116 on front cover. I opened the box and found that instead of MICROMAX CANVAS HD A116, a loosely packed very low priced (Rs. 2500) MICROMAX X456 Mobile phone with accessories was there. I was shocked and contacted SNAPDEAL on 09212692126. Some Shri RAVINDER responded on customer support. I told him the whole story and he given me the complaint number 1754640 and instructed to send snaps of the item recieved. I HAVE SENT WRONG MOBILE SET VIA BLUEDART COURIER SERVICES. SOME SUBODH RECIEVED THAT PACKAGE. TILL NOW NO RESPONSE CAME REGARDING They harassed me mentally a lot.And today i.e. 19-04-13 they said to me that they are going to refund me Rs. 13990 within 7-15 working days because the price of mobile has been raised to Rs. 16000. They took two months to resolve this matter. But still no commitment is given by them till now. Their team members irritated me a lot by telling me several times that ur problem will be resolved within 2-3 business days.

Kindly refer to my complaint as soon as possible as it is not my mistake.
