sir kindly lodge my complaint. sir my name is usha soni, my cell no is 9987851200. sir from the airtel company side they had deducted the balance from my prepaid cell ac. and after asking to company call center they are updating wrong inormation said hello tune charge was slashed but at the initial stage of hello tune service they said in amonth 30Rs. was charge but when i was refill my prepaid ac they can charge without and slash the balance lot’s lots’ of time i was complaint company customer care excutive’s but the said it’s company ruled thery can not help. to us please do the need full in our cases and pls revert me on my cell no. 9987851200 or my mail id [email protected].
