I have submitted my device to htc service centre in jaipur on 22 june 2012 for the replacement and they have mailed me that they will provide replacement within 10 working days . but , till now i haven’t received my device and i am calling them but , they just say when replacement will done we will inform you . But , 10 working days are over .
