Wrong Information Given From Airtel Customercare side

Sir ,

As a customer of airtel prepaid services i feel ashamed to inform you about my problem , i have been using the airtel number prepaid of 9866455911 and i had raised a query relating balance deduction of rs 960/- from my account on 17th of October Since then i have made upto 30 calls to customare care of airtel regarding the same issue having the complaint numbers of .. CBDMO31017289477 , CBDCC31017357971 , CBDMO21019332799 , CBDMO31020258178 , CHTNP21020293397 , CBDMO210220351012, CBDMO21020332732 , CBDMO21021093755 , CBDCC21022389496, These are the reference numbers of the complaints which i have raised between 17th OCt 2011 to 21st Oct 2011 But until now i have not received proper explanation as well as when ever i am calling airtel customer care i get different answer for the same query and the information which the customer care are providing is not even appropriate to the others people i spoke to the customer care ,

and i am really fed up with the airtel service , the way the airtel customer care is functioning is not satisfaied myself as a customer even on 18th Oct when i have spoke to supervisor from customer care he offered me me of 400/- rs balance redem into my account , and on 20th when i called once again with the same issue i got answer from customer care side stating that i will get the total balance amount into my account which i asked him thrice then after mentioning the amount of rs960/- he connected me to concerned manager

And even now 22nd Oct my number is connecting with airtel customer care my call is not being connected to customer care , they have literally blocked my number being connecting to customer care

I am Extremely fed up with this issue , Kindly Resolve my Issue As soon as possible
