A real shame to inform you that one of the customer care executives working at this companies call support department had wrongly guided me regarding the returning of my package no. R-15545. On 1/4/2013 when I called up on 0124-4740000 at around 9:30AM and asked the CCE about the procedure to return the goods, she had successfully informed me about the same but told me nothing about the 600 points to be delivered to my Account instead she said that a a will be returned Rs.600/-. Now, on 3/4/2013 when I call her back at 10:30AM she demands to have informed me of the information on call. I had mailed the above scenario to the company but even they have failed to reach out to me with a fruitful solution.
