Wrong information from airtel DTH customar care

Location/place: Asansol, westbengal

Name of company/service: Airtel DTH

I Prasanta Karmakar, purchased a samsung Lcd tv on 2009 and i get a free gift of airtel dth(con id-3001274253) with 6 months free service with it.But after that i don’t use it because i can’t recharge it.But today(11.1.2012) at 1.50pm miss Suparna from airtel dth office kolkata(03366055900)call me and she says that i can avil the aditional 6th months free servece if i recharge today (11.1.2012)as subcription of 6th months.After that for cofirmation i have call to airtel dth customar care (no-180010280)at 3.30pm on 11/1/2012 and talk to Mr Ravi Verma, he syas that same things about the offer, that recharge 6th months and get aditional 6th months free.But after recharge of Rs-1080, again a call back to customar care for packeg confirmation and i realy stunt, they says that, no sir we have no offer for the same,and they totaly denie that. Now my question is that why they missguide me? and why they are given the wrong information to the customar like me?there is no value of my money? My request that, just i want my facility as they says.
