Wrong information about the plan

Location/place: Bokaro Steel City

Name of company/service: Tata Docomo

Sir, I have got a message on 09.08.2012 that recharge with Rs.36 and u will cost 1paise / 2 second and validity for this will be 90 days, i have recharged my account with Rs.36 on 09.08.2012 but the validity is only for 30 days. Sir if the company is not able to give the plans why are they sending this type of messages . I have talked to customer care also but they are also not helping me . Please help me.
