Name of company/service: Bangalore Central , Future Group
Please note that i have gone to Bangalore Central to purchase garments as they have advertised 50% off on certain Brands.
During Billing after deducting 50% from the MRP value they added 5% VAT stating this they as per company rule. Even on Objecting and stating that the cost of garment is inclusive of TAXEs and this is the first time I am encounter this issue they refused to explain.
I have two Complaints :
Why VAT on MRP post discount as it says inclusive of all taxes thus cheating the system on taxes
Second if so then Why do a false marketing of 50% off and add 5% taxes making it a false commitment
