I have a Tata Indicom Walky prepaid phone, model ETS2205. The instrument is provided by the company. On 7th June,2012, I did the recharge of Rs. 100 in my phone. on 9th june,2012, When I was unable to make a call from my instrument, I called on customer complaint number 198 and told the customer care executive about my problem. He said I have less than one rupee balance and that is why I am unable to make a call. When I asked him about the deductions, he did not give me proper reply. Then I asked him to transfer my call to higher authority, he transferred my call to senior supervisor Mr. Vikas Rajput. He said I have started some services and company has deducted Rs.85 for those services. According to him I started “Second Life” Service on 14th April,2012, “Muntras” service on 27th March,2012 and “Holly Gossip sms” Service on 29th April, 2011. I don’t know anything about any of these services. Also my instrument does not have sms facility even though he said I have started “Holly Gossip sms” Service on 29th April, 2011. The instrument is provided by the company. They started an sms service on an instrument that doesn’t even have sms facility. I don’t understand the company policy on this. Then I made a call once again on 198 to deactivate these services, the customer care executive said he does not have any information about Tata Walky and I should call on number 12532. I tried to call on that number at least 10 to 15 times but I was not given reply. Then I tried to call on number 198 again and this time I was not given any reply even after 10 to 15 attempts. I have voice recording of that and i can send it to you. I want all my money back since last year. Please help me.
