Wrong Deduction of Balance

Name of company/service: tata docomo

hi
i wish to complain against TATA DOCOMO prepaid service as they deducted my balance thrillingly without my knowledge by subscribing any monthly joke packages.
After complains also they didn’t took any action & after deactivating the pack they subscribe another pack that also without my knowledge at 5 O’clock in the morning when i was sleeping.
Please do the needful.

    Kindly be informed that the amount of Rs.10 has been adjusted in the number and the VAS service has been deactivated and no issue now
