Wrong Deduction of Balance

hi
i wish to complain against TATA DOCOMO prepaid service as they deducted my balance thrillingly without my knowledge by subscribing any monthly joke packages.
After complains also they didn’t took any action & after deactivating the pack they subscribe another pack that also without my knowledge at 5 O’clock in the morning when i was sleeping.
Please do the needful.
