Dear sir, I am a prepaid uninor subscriber.My number is 8017882653 and my name is Kallol Ghosh. On 19th November 2012, uninor is activated a vas service on my mobile which name is RLHIN10. That’s why they deducted 10 rs for this service. so, i am call the customer care and tell her to deact this service and refund my 10 rs for wrong deduction. the executive ms. sutapa Saha tells that your service is deact soon and you refund your money to next 48 hours. service is deact but when today i was call the customer care to ask my status whether i am eligible to refund my money or not they clearly tells me that you act this service by sms so they are unable to refund my money. so, sir, it is my humble request to you that kindly you regards this matter and arrange my Rs 10 to refund.
