wrong deduction

Location/place: panipat(HARYANA)

Name of company/service: TATA DOCOMO

on 07/08/2012 night i left my mobile charging with data connection on.when i check my balance in the morning Rs-60 deducted from main balance.when i complaint customer care team they told that i activated late night masti.while i never saw such service.now since then no responce from customer care team.kindly solve my problem.
