My services are discontinued despite the fact that I have a credit balance of Rs. 404.85 with idea cellular. I had discontinued my international roaming facility and asked them to adjust the deposit of Rs. 2,000/- charged by them against my outstanding of Rs.1595.15 which they have not done and discontinued my services.
