Wrong committment

Name of company/service: Maruti Suzuki

I purchased Maruti EECO through M/S T. R. Shwhney Motors PVT.LTD, Main Wazirabad Road, Delhi. Through Invoice No. 1964 dated 6th of March 2010. At the time of booking the executive of the company Mr. Harry told me that this car is Complete fitted CNG by Maruti Suzuki and there is full warrenty of the company. When I took the delevery of the same they issued the invoice without CNG containing other charges Rs. 48000/- . When I asked the senior sales manager Mr. Kshitiz Khera regarding this he told me that we can not issue the bill of CNG sepereate and denyed to issue all necessary papers related to CNG. Now he is not picking my phone call and trying to avoid me.
Due to incomplete papers I am facing problem in registration of the car. Related to this I made a complaint to Maruti Udyog Lt. customer care, Complaint No.2445971500 dated 15/03/10.
Please do the needful.
