The commitment given by vodafone executive that in Rs.199 rental for mobile no 9899542058 i’ll be getting 400 min std calls, 600 min local call and 400 nos local/std sms but i’ve been chaged for Rs. 199 + Rs. 50 of std pack, complaint given but no response from vodafone side. Several mails and telecom made to the customer care, nodal officer as well as appellate autority but no response from their side. Please look into the matter and do the needful.
