IHO sales executive called me and explained about a healthcare product in which he told that i will not have to pay any money for OPD consultancy, any diagnosis test, any other medical requirement but during discussion of customer care i came to know that sales executive committed wrong thing as they don’t sell such product.
Now i have requested to refund my money but they are also taking time to refund the same. Customer care executive told that money will be refunded in next 48 hr but i have waited for 1 week and did not receive any money so far.
Kindly take the necessary action to solve my issue
