Wrong commitment during selling their healthcare product by IHO sales executive

Location/place: Mumbai

Name of company/service: indianhealthorganisation

IHO sales executive called me and explained about a healthcare product in which he told that i will not have to pay any money for OPD consultancy, any diagnosis test, any other medical requirement but during discussion of customer care i came to know that sales executive committed wrong thing as they don’t sell such product.

Now i have requested to refund my money but they are also taking time to refund the same. Customer care executive told that money will be refunded in next 48 hr but i have waited for 1 week and did not receive any money so far.

Kindly take the necessary action to solve my issue

    Below messais SE, I am wondering to lodge complains against IHO from ICICI Bank credit card dept, as they are not able to accept more then 1 MB file through e mail…

    Greetings of the day !!!

    This has further reference to my recent telecom held dated on 04th July pertains to captioned subject { old calls on , 18th June , 18th April ‘2012 ( SR221120164) and subsequently on 23rd April”2012 ( SR221689213/ SR228504576)} stating that Indian Health Organisation-IHO ( So called “ IHO”) had sold out me a online medic- aim inappropriate defective product , before issuing the online product they had been persuade me to buy the mediclaim card for my family , same would be useful for medical purpose as a reimbursement, on the same perception once they got the confirmation from me to turn payment transaction on my captioned card, again after 02 days they called me and said that this is not a mediclaim card , it was discount card only at medical shops & clinics, It made me deep isappointment and great shocked , ultimately they have been mislead me over phone.
    Apparently, I personally feel that I have been cheated by phone baking officer at IHO- Indian Health Organisation and made a fake card transaction on my card, also I have never received the correct documents as they promised over phone , so keeping in view of the customer front request you to get my money back from IHO using legal action else we shall forced to seek the “Consumer Forum” .
    However kindly find the communication email sent to Indian Health Organisation, but they never bother to revert it …..

    With due respect I would like to state that Indian Health Organisation-IHO ( So called “ IHO”) had sold out me wrong online mediclaim policy by your phone banking officer , further I have been chasing to you over phone and made several call with IHO-Indian Health Organisation on your customer care no #18001034466 vide telecom held dated on 26/06/2012 pertains to captioned subject { old calls on 18th April ‘2012, and subsequently on 23rd April”2012 , 11 June to Ms. Vaisahali at 12:54 hrs, on 21st June at 1017hrs to Ms. Pooja , on 23 June to Mr. Robinson & 26th to Ms. Simran }.
    As per their regular words that they it will be shorted out the matter with 48 hrs , even they always assured me to call back on time , but they had never me call back pertain to captioned subject, also I had requested them to connect my call to their floor supervisor or manager but always they fail to

    connect and kept me hold for a while saying that this time is not possible. It leaves me nervous to realise that company had such rude un professional behaviour.

    Being a responsible esteemed organisation , we would request you to note that your executive at IHO had persuade me to buy online mediclaim card for my family , as it had to be useful for medical purpose as a reimbursement, apparently on the same perception I had given him acceptance over phone bankingthrough my mobile +91-9818453427 , once they got the confirmation from me to turn payment transaction on my captioned card then after 02 days they called me and said that this is not a mediclaim card , it was discount card at medical shops and clinics, It made me deep disappointment and great shocked .

    Apparently, I personally feel that I have been cheated by phone baking officer at IHO- Indian Health Organisation and made a fake card transaction on my card, also I have never received the correct documents as promised over phone by your phone banking executive, so keeping in view of the customer front request you to get my money back and revert the same in my particular ICICI credit card account as mentioned above from your level otherwise I would have to take help of legal action else we shall forced to seek the “Consumer Forum” in the age of consumer centric market .
