Wrong commitment by Tata docomo

I am using my number from last 2 years and after some time i asked for a plan change. After discussion with customer support executive on call i chose Rs 149 plan for calling and Rs30 plan for sms. As per sms pack i can send upto 10000 sms in a month and every sms will cost me 1 paisa only. Sms can be sent to any network with charges of 1paisa only. Few days back when i saw my monthly bill, company has charged me 50 paisa for every sms. When i logged complaint in tata docomo, i received a call from their executive stating that the bill is correct and no additional amount has been charged from you. The call was going on, i said i am not satisfied with your answer regarding my bill, tata docomo executive asked me to put my call on hold and i said ok. After a minute or so the line got disconnected automatically. Then i received a mail from tata docomo team stating that the issue is resolved now as per our discussion. I was shocked to see that mail as the call got disconnect in between and no one bothered to call me again. After receiving mail from tata docomo i replied to that mail and said i am still not satisfied with the resolution and the call disconnected automatically without any resolution of my problem. Then after some time i again received a call from tata docomo team but still they were not able to provide any satisfactory resolution of my problem. After discussion of 5-10 minutes tata docomo executive said you need to pay your bill otherwise we will disconnect your number. I said bill payment is my problem not yours and you should work towards resolution of my problem instead of telling me to pay my bill. Then tata docomo executive on call said that was wrong commitment made to you and we donot provide any sms pack like this. Then tata docomo executive said If you send sms to tata network then only you will be charged for 1 paisa only and for every other network you need to pay 50 paisa for every sms. I was shocked to listen this and even tata docomo executive is saying things like this. Then i made a call to tata docomo help line number 121, there i asked to customer support executive about sms pack. The executive said if you purchase Rs30 sms pack then you can send sms with charge of 1 paisa only whether its local or national (this is the same sms plan i am using from last one and half year). Then i asked from executive, is there any condition for this sms pack or i can send sms to any network. The executive said you can send sms to any network and you will be charged 1 paisa only for every sms. After this statement i asked executive to log my complaint regarding this. But the executive was not ready to log complaint regarding this. After long discussion with him i asked him, will you write my complaint or not. After 20 minutes of discussion i was able to log my complaint. But still i am not sure what he has written on complaint as after writing complaint, the executive gave me complaint number and disconnected the call. I was amazed with this kind of harassment made by tata docomo people. I want strict action to be taken against them for looting common man hard earned money.
