Wrong commitment by makemytrip.com

I booked a trip with MakeMyTrip .Mr DHiresh.Kumar(Executive of MMT ) booked it for me.and according to deal i will get discount voucher of Rs 10000 after the 1 month from the trip completion date.my trip completed on 24 April.But still i have not recieved any voucher .
I have dropped many mail to that agent but he is not even care to reply.
This is very bad behaviour from MMT team member.This was my first trip with MMT and even i was happy after the completion of TRIP.TRIP and arrangement by MMT was very good.But this voucher problem make me feel sad about my decision .
I have already raised this concerned to tollfree number of MMT.but still waiting for revert .Below are the reference number
