Dear Sir/Madam,
I am Ranjeet kumar, we have taken a policy of kotak Life Insurance policy no is-24717090 & monthly premium is- 2048/-, Agent Mr. Rahul Gupta(60160175) was told me you will get credit card on policy behalf & also get Rs.- 10000/- each and every six month,
It has been gone approx 5 month but we did not get credit card, we have also informed to kotak team several time same thing but he didn’t take any action,
We are trying call to Mr. Rahul on mobile- 9718835385 & his number is switch off,
You are requested to please help me & close my issue so that we can pay the due premium.
