Respected Sir/Madam

This is to explain the agony and dissappointment caused to me by your attitude towards service provided
to broadband customers like me.

My name is Shashi Kumar. I was given a connection it worked for 2 months. It was disconnected without any reason,
Your person advised me to go for new connection. This time The fixed line number given to me is 08042066043.
The connection was given to me on 6/4/2012. This number was disconnected too without any reason. Customer Support doesn have
any details about this issue.
I had given Complaints. The complaint numbers are:

1) 17256728
2) 17584554
3) 17732058 (Mr.Nagraj had Spoken and assured that connection will be restored in 1 day)

I have wasted too much of time, money and energy on this useless pursuit which is never ending.
Thats why i decided to report it . Your people take 500 rupees for both connections that is total of Rs1000.
There are no technical glitches in Cholanagar area as many others use the broadband.
This is a careless attitude of your services in Cholanagar, Hebbal, Bangalore.
People are looting the customers as well as the AIRTEL Company by diverting the resources like modems etc.

This is a cheap way to achieve targets and make money by giving temporary connections.

I need your response on this matter.
