Wrong Commitment

Name of company/service: TATA Docomo

I was availing a CDMA Post paid connection since last 5 years with Tata to Tata Network Unlimited free talk time and Unlimited Free SMS facility. Last month I got a call from Docomo and they make me understand that If I can change my CDMA connection into GSM connection they will keep all my remaining facility as it is, which is Tata to Tata Network Unlimited free talk time and Unlimited Free SMS. But this month I have surprised to see my bill which is not reflecting any such facility on that..

I have called to Customer Care also they have nothing to say on this.. ask me to go to nearest Tata Docomo Center but unfortunately they also do not have to do anything with it..!! I have called to the no. mentioned in the bill which is 9038000121 and 9038000122 for complain, these are also wrong nos. as stated by the recorder..!! ..therefore I mailed them on 24th May’12. But still they have not given any solution on my problem. I am really dissatisfied to see such type of activity from the brand like TATA .. Few days back they have blocked my out going calls w/o resolving my Complain (my complain no. is 311828143)
