Need Refund of my money
Sir/Madam,
I have been following up with this company for the last 1 months for my refund and have been given false commitments n no. of times but seriously have not come across even a single person in this organization who is responsible enough to do something on my complaints. This is the WORST COMPANY i have ever come across in my lifetime and I desperately need to know some details about the owners of this organization, if someone can help me on this. Also if this is the platform where we can have some legal assistance in getting this company sued, then please help me with the process.
This company (Sanjeevani wellness) is one of the most pathetic companies to deal with. Their entire staff, including their customer care team, their product team, their accounts team etc etc. do not have even the basis ethics in terms of customer dealings and the worst, they don’t pick my phone calls and in case they respond, then they disconnect the line.
