I ordered a Sony Ericsson Xperia Pro(MK16i)on 9 June 2012 which was a black color handset with 8GB Micro SD card. When I received the shipment on 12 or 13 June 2012 and it turned out to be a Silver color handset with 8GB Micro SD card “missing”. Even on that the handset I received is defective as the qwerty keyboard of handset sometimes lag. I called Rediff Shopping at their customer support no. – 1800 2662 333 and they tolled me that they will contact the vendor and will get back to me. Then they sent me an email requesting to send a scanned image of the product to them which I did. After this they replied to me that they are investigating the order status with the vendor. Soon I received another 2 mail from Rediff shopping that they are still investigating the concern. On 23 June 2012 they sent me another mail informing that they will pickup the wrong mobile that they have sent me and will replace it after receiving the wrong handset which will take more 4-5 days.So far nothing has done to replace my product they just send me emails and when ever I call their customer support no. they go ahead and disconnect the call after 6-10 mins of long hold.
