This is regarding the Mobile no 9818228474 that I requested over customer care 198 for activation of International Pack for Roaming for 10 days @ Rs.1499/- for 10 days . But when I cum back from abroad get the bill Rs 499/- Per day several time contact customer care . Even there customer care few saying we revert the charges and few ask that the charges are correct . Even ask that you having recording of conversation so look in to the matter . and requested them to refund the same .
I already paid the above bill but Airtel cheat us even Previously having 5/6 connection in Post Paid convert in Pre paid as they change the tariff Plan without intimation so it looks they charge what ever they like .
Now I stop the services of Airtel for 9818228474 as such a big company Airtel cheat the peoples and charging huge amount .
Now from this complaint request to refund the amount which I have paid and also pay penalty for giving harassment to me ,
