Name of company/service: Reliance Telecomunication
I am not using any internet broser or anything but they are always charging me the GPRS charges. I am not even accessing my BB Services. every day they dedut 5 to 10Rs from my account balance.
I tried number of time to complain but they only diverting me to complain 198 – then 198 executive divert me to *389 customer care and *389 again diver me to 198 or reliance store.
it is totally hearshing me.
please do needful.
