My self amit Kr singh. i m using airtel prepaid mobile connection {9818493432). from last 2 month i m facing lot of problem on this connection. firstly they blocked customer complain no 198 & 121 & 9810198101 so that i don’t registered any complain . date 09/08/2012 they charged Rs 5 from my balance, which i am not opted. and send a SMS That thank you for choosing GAME MANIA_5 on your airtel mobile.
and second complain is that i purchased a new samsung mobile smart phone,in which 1 stricture of airtel pasted which offer me 500 MB airtel 3G data for first month And after every month you will got 100 MB data free for next 12 month. i got 500 MB data for first month but i never got 100 mb data for next month for that i complain to customer care. but they are never listen to me and after they blocked complain no 198 from my mobile no.
also they are always charged for wrong mobile internet charges when i am not browsed or download internet in my mobile.
please provide me justice because they harassed me through their fraud behavior.
