I booked a bus ticket for Mumbai to Udaipur on 24th June 2012 to travel on 29th June. I selected Neeta Travels and when i choose adjacent seat for me and wife. After booking the ticket, when i got the itinerary, the seat number was showing as P and J, when i checked this seat position on neeta website, it was on different row. Immediately i called up Neeta office and the confirmed that it is on different row. So I again called up the MMT customer care and explain that because of your system, i choose the seats in this way and at the end i got seats in different row. They said they can’t do anything into and just register my complaint. I am the victim of MMT’s false system as it is not aligned with Neeta Travels Seating arrangement. Now Please take the action against them.
