I booked a package from make my trip for kerela and wanted a house boat hotel. It was not mentioned anywhere on app to select hotel. They booked a normal hotel instead of house boat. Also there was a section for additional request and i had requested a room decoration. When I complained about both they said that house boat will be chargeable and also addtional requests are on additonal cost. This was not mentioned while booking and they said relevant team will get back. I have been messaging them since then and there ia no reply. It is 3 days now and no update. I have the screenshots as well.
