As suggested by the call center customer care executive named Bharat, he suggested to use BIS 299 instead of BIS399 as it gave same features just for a limitation of internet usage upto 2GB.
Later at the gallery they say all applications cannot be used and will reverse the money of the plan by Aman.
Devika there also told to leave a mail to mobile.assist at loop’s service and will reply in 2days but i didnt hear from them.
Then Zakir Khan on the customer care agreed that i can use all the applications but did no help.
All the technical dept staff do not recieve calls even though i m trying since 15 days. various call center executives such as Adnan, Ramesh, Sagar, even the higher authority Iqbal Rahim provided no helped and just put me on hole for hours.
I request strict action to be taken against them and provide me with justice!
