I have applied my reliance mobile no. 9313207770 from post-paid connection to prepaid connection on 16/06/2012 service request no. 181252234. And I got a sms from reliance on 20.6.2012that my service request has been processed. Still this I got a massage for new bill amount. They again generated new bill and asking me to pay the bill.
Please look into it and resolve the issue. For your information I have my request to Noida sector 18 webworld with my ID and address proof.
