Wrong billing

Location/place: Bangalore/Ramamoorthy Nagar

Name of company/service: Aircel

Aircel has made a wrong billing and disconnected both my incoming and outgoing facilities in the mid of last month and later they sent a mail stating I need to pay only Rs. 3000 and the rest would be adjusted by them in my account.

I paid Rs. 3000 on July 03, 2012 and then called the customer care and fought with them like anything to restore my incoming and outgoing and it was restored on July 10, 2012 at about 4:30 PM and on July 11 6:30 PM again they have disconnected both my incoming and as well outgoing and asking me to pay Rs. 1816.00.
