Dear Sir/ Madam,
With reference to above mentioned Tata Photon no. 9212149827
I am continuously receiving calls from recovery agency for payment of outstanding payment whereas I had asked tat photon executive calling for outstanding bill payment for January 2012 to disconnect the connection & made payment for January 2012 on February 17, 2012.
I stop using the modem the day I asked Tata photon executive to disconnect the connection, it can be confirmed on tataphoton system for usage to confirm the same.
As per the calls from Recovery agent connection is not disconnected & Tata Indicom continue to raise monthly bills for rental every month & asking me to pay full amount or face legal consequences.
Recovery agency of tata photon should stop harassing customer otherwise I would have to make complain with Telephone Regulatory Authority for necessary action.
