Wrong Bill Generation

Name of company/service: Reliance Communication

This complaint is regarding wrong bill generation of my Internet data card(NetConnect+). I have changed my bill plan 3 months before from 750(unlimited)–>500(5 GB) according to my usage by talking to one of the lady executive but she sold me a plan that doesn’t exist in their system(other executive saying).But now my bill is something which i haven’t expected. so this is a simple case of a “Fraud”. Now fight a lot with their team but found no result.So at last i am writing my complaint here. please help me out with this problem
